Working at Shields Library, we used old catalog cards to write information down for patrons. Using only black pen with black and grey colored pencils, I wrote down lyrics of some songs I listen to and often drew an accompanying graphic. I challeneged myself by only drawing the first thing that came to mind, to make it a quick exercise. I love this project because I can always easily go back to it and build on it.
